Natural Sixby JuliBocComment: Juli, this is such a lovely photo - the depth of field is just right, I like how all the outer edges fade and melt into the background, gives the inner "6" that much more impact. Congratulations on a deserved top 10 - so glad to see this was one of yours! |

s e r e n i t yby KineComment: Gorgeous and symphonic - posthumous hit it on the nose - it is indeed a symphony. |

Multivisionby LevTComment: Loved this from the first moment I saw it - it has narrative and depth. Including anything of the window frame itself would have harmed the impact, I think - would have broken the illusion, in a sense. |

beach ghostsby neilmwilsonComment: Absolutely love this. The idea, the execution, everything. Captures the fleeting-ness of birds and speaks to the larger theme of life as fleeting. |

6 Bucksby roby21112Comment: This image has charm, I especially like all the little details scattered around the composition (otherwise known as "busy" :) ). The only thing that personally I find jarring is the border - I don't think it complements the image and just serves to distract. |

Natural Sixby JuliBocComment: Lusciously shallow DOF, like how you made it appear to glow. |

Canos de San Franciscoby bdennyComment: What a great find! Nicely whimsical, and good job on conveying the sense of the various surface textures. |

Thumbing My Wayby shalrathComment: Wow...took me a few minutes, but I finally got the connection to 6. Great job interpreting the challenge, and a great evocative image to boot. I like the toning, and the vignette works well, not too heavy-handed. |
