Looks like a diffuse filter? I don't get the sense that it adds to the image, if such a thing was actually used. I'm sorry, my eye doesn't catch on anything in this composition, although it looks like it's a stunningly designed building seen in person. Perhaps a closer shot on this building's dramatic lines next time, making it into an abstract?

I had thought of you when I saw this - this is a stunner. Lots of energy, and having those two on the right just entering the frame helps the eye sweep across with the galloping herd.
