Mostly agree with Haneck: this is a classic and you're certainly onto something here. (This doesn't seem purely sepia, which I am not usually fond of. Noise rarely a problem for me except in my own stuff).

Very cool! I love how there's no horizon at all; water and fog indistinguishable from one another. Have you tried a 3:2 crop rather than the square? I'm not a big fan of the square crop, although it may be perfect for this.

Very awesome. I actually like the use of grain here (usualy I can't stand it!) and the sepia tone is great. It's such a moody, unique shot. I love how at first you see that it's a lake, and you expect to see some detail towards the top of the photo - the opposite shore or whatever. But there's nothing there. Just continuation of the... (searching for word...) sort of taunting void. That's what I think of with this photo - almost like it's taunting my imagination.

A total classic.

Very winsome. I like the old timey feel of it. Looks like a book cover, with the negative space as the area for the title and author. I like it. Makes me think of "Summer of 42" for some reason. You did good.

Love the vintage look.
Magic as if somebody like a dugong or a river dolphin
will be poking his head out the water any second.

Love the photo, I find that not having a horizon line adds an interesting feel to the photo. The color is a little too yellow/green for my tastes but that's a personal thing
