Interesting how the birds could be mistaken for texture sometimes. This is a nicely composed bucolic scene, colors are rich in all the right places.

The texture could probably stand to have a bit of the pink bleached out of it, make those originally white walls a bit more neutral, but this is an interesting and unique shot, kind of has a Edward Hopper coloring to it.

Day 6 - Imagining Greatness

This is a really cool blend of disparate elements - that frayed mesh at the top has a nice swoop and direction to it, as if anticipating the takeoff of the bird.

Day 5 - Fight or Flight

The texture works for getting across the idea of some sort of conflict or peril, and so suits your title, but I'd prefer to see the bird stand out a bit better from the texture - maybe mask out a bit of it from the wings, especially. I haven't tried this yet, so I don't know if it will work, but maybe you would get a different blend if you made the texture the background layer and the bird the new layer?
