My Valentineby alexjackComment: A frank depiction of true beauty, very nice. "My Valentine" - looks like she thinks the same of you. :) |

shadows of her lifeby figaroComment: I can imagine her gazing absentmindedly out into that distance, unaware of the true significance of what she sees. Life is in these bits and pieces. |

No Peekby colorcarnivalComment: I'm just amazed at how the sculptor got in all that wrinkly-skin detail. ;) Nice idea for this challenge, but a bit of a sad photo - like in looking at it, we betray him. |

not Sartre's peepholeby skewsmeComment: Poor Sartre, always one step behind - I pity those with no exits. :) It is funny how a Paris exit sign is in English, isn't it? Great find! |

Carry Things Lightlyby WildcardComment: I was one of your 10's, and the only 10 I gave out for this challenge. Utterly fantastic, love the surreality and concept, and the processing (Urban Acid, is it?). Model's seeming detachment is perfect to get across the sense of surreal. Will go so far as to say this image is one of my favorites, out of all my favorites. :) |

Pinhole Cameraby pointandshootComment: I had the exact same idea for this challenge, but when push came to shove, no time to get the shot taken and entered. Glad to see a camera obscura/pinhole-y shot make it into in this challenge - the perfect, and perfectly appropriate, use of a cardboard box, for DPC! Really digging that slight Shroud of Turin effect you have going on the far wall of the box. |

easy recipeby nicojComment: Like the sense of humor here, and how you placed a supposedly barbarian act in such an elegant environment. Good, out of the ordinary idea for this challenge. |
