Out For A Walkby Luci11eComment: The focus is indeed missed, but I don't think the result is an image that is better than if you would have hit your mark. Literally this photo fits the challenge, but in my voting I'm looking for photos where the missed focus has a significance or the work can stand alone outside of this challenge. This just leaves me wishing the focus were on the horses were it should be. |

Oopsby SiggavComment: This fits the challenge, but isn't all that appealing. |

Van Gogh countryby RUEDISCHMUTZComment: Lots of color banding, which leads me to believe you pushed your photo farther than it was willing to go in processing. It does however fit the challenge well. |

Parachutesby ShermyComment: I really like this photo, but I don't buy it as a "missed focus". The focus is perfect on the flower, and this type of shot would typically be shot in this fashion. I'm still scoring it highly, but for that reason (as much as it pains me to do so) I'm knocking the score down lower than if it were a Freestudy. |

Old Millby xtianComment: I like how you've allowed the yellow windows to pop out. It balances the photo nicely. |

cloud makerby beafliesComment: The black bar border does nothing for this photo. It's there, but it honestly just fades away. Perhaps if it were thicker it would serve some purpose? It doesn't affect the score I'm choosing for you though. |

Stories At The Clotheslineby smichenerComment: I like the feel and processing of this, but there's something bothering me. When I think of a clothesline I think of clothing being hung to dry. You wouldn't hang items up to dry on hangers. The only time I've seen clothing hung out like this on hangers is during a yard sale, and that completely kills the dreamy, crisp air feeling for me. |
