Nesting Season by vawendyComment: It's a great scene, but honestly the blown highlights detract from the scene for me. |

The Upper Meadow in early May by hahn23Comment: Fantastic image. Truly majestic.
My only complaint would be the bush on the left. Because it is similarly colored to the elk my eyes want to see what that elk is doing, but are let down when they find just a fuzzy bush. |

Gecko by nickybComment: That's freaking awesome, Nicky! Honestly, the other "f" word is what I said, but I'm being all proper 'n shit.
Having the tip of his nose appears to make him jump off the screen and get up in your face. I know his eyes are probably the intended focus, but I really like the corners of his mouth for some reason. And the sharp bit on his head makes me want to give him a little friendly head rub. |

Peacemakerby ace flymanComment: I might have gone a touch brighter, but overall I really like the lighting. The bit of light to the right of the ammo is wonderfully rich and inviting. |

The Nestby MarkBComment: I'm not sure I really appreciate why you left the center of the nest saturated. I think leaving a tiny bit of saturation to the whole nest would have been better. |

Just Keep Walking 'Till You Reach Chinatownby OzComment: This has a nice balance, which sounds odd, because the right side seems so heavy. For some reason the dude coming down the street pulls his own weight. There's lots to look at on the right side, but there's equally enough to look at on the left. Very interesting... |

The Hero by gyabanComment: I really hope this does well, but I fear because of its subtlety it may not score as well as it should. I'm not even sure how I'm calling it subtle, but I initially did skip over it, said "whoa, rewind", and came right back.
You've created a fantastical dreamy story. I'm usually not a fan of having stuffed stuff (little mouse) in an image, but this absolutely makes sense to have it in this usage. It is absolutely what child stories and dreams are made of. There's enough creativity and detail in this image that a child could see this and their mind would spend the rest of the day creating the rest of the story. Exactly what a child stuck in a boring hospital might need. Clearly, these noble heroes are off on a crazy adventure, and I hope Dallas joins them. |

She'll find out she was too late!by FocusPointComment: This should have scored higher, Leo. It's very well done. The only thing I would have suggested was a tiny bit more DOF, because it's difficult to see that someone is on the road. Even 2.8 might have brought that little bit of clarity. Really nice image though as is. The story is clear. |

End of the Roadby JudiComment: I thought it was bad when my cat jumped on my back when I'm trying to sleep... She really shouldn't sleep there. |
