Thunderstorm Cloudsby jgirl57Comment: Awesome clouds! You've done a nice job capturing the layers and accenting them just enough, but not too much, with your post-processing.
It's funny, when I lived in Indiana, I missed the mountains of the Northwest, because I felt naked and exposed. Not to mention, I got lost all the time, because I couldn't tell what direction I was facing. Now that I'm in the Northwest again, I miss the flatness, because these damn mountains break up the clouds and they never get to be grand enough to be very interesting! Rawr!

The Sun Spritesby RKTComment: I love the crisp, brightness of the whites. That's a wicked cloud up in the sky... |

Red, White, and Blueby chazoeComment: You've done a great job stopping the action! You can't get much sharper than that.
In the future I would suggest diffusing your light source to soften the light. The bright streak down the center of the glass distracts from the vibrant sploosh. |

Mushroom Familyby giantmikeComment: Well, that there is worth putting on a wall.
The light has a beautiful softness with enough contrast to accent the curves of whatever that pretty gunk is (colored milk perhaps?). I'm a sucker for orange too. Nice job. |

The Witch of Plum Hollow lived hereby snafflesComment: Wow, your placement sucks! lol. I wasn't expecting you to ribbon with this, but I would have figured it would land somewhere in the middle at least. It was one of my favorites from the challenge. |

booby daisydavidComment: Normally I don't like the use of figurines in challenges, but this reminds me of the Weeping Angels from Doctor Who. Those things freak me the hell out! Your image gives me the heebie-jeebies too for some of the same reasons.

Snoozing by EnlightenedComment: Makes you just want to climb up there and snuggle up with the cute feller, doesn't it? |
