Building Under the Sun

Pity your whites blew out in the editing and compression. I do like how the sun puts ripples rings in your sky. It adds a nice depth in the greys. I would have cropped a little bit more to get the bottom right "thing" out of there. You also look just a hair tilted. I like the composition and the black and white works very well for this.

Beautiful colors. I think your DOF was just a hair too shallow. Something about the crop doesn't sit right either, but I can't put my finger on which crop would look better.

Actually, flipping it vertically looks pretty cool. Now when I look at it right-side-up it looks wrong, heh. Try the vertical flip. It makes your really shallow DOF sorta make sense. The shimmering whites that are currently on top look like water when you flip it. So the leaves look like they're sitting in the water.

I see a very pretty natural girl... with what appears to be eyebrow make-up? Something very funky going on with the eyebrows. Very pretty photo though. I like the composition. Even though there's a breast in the photo the focus is still her eyes. Very tasteful nude.

Great overall photo. Everything about the fence says rustic and takes you back to your childhood fishing hole. Without the cobweb this photo wouldn't have nearly the same effect. Could live without the bird crap, but it adds its own special touch, heh.
