I can see where you'd call the water texture bokeh, and I really like it.

You can actually clone out sensor dust in Basic, but you might have a hard time convincing the council that those spots are sensor dust.

"No selections or spot editing tools are allowed, with the sole exception of cloning out sensor dust or hot pixels."

There is some weirdness going on with the edges of your leaf. I can't tell if it's oversharpening or if it's a compression issue, but you've got the jaggies and the top edge has some unnatural looking red.

Great texture and colors!

I think there's too little in focus as is. However, as an experiment, I took your shot into Photoshop and flipped it around so that the drain hole is in the bottom right. When it flipped around it was almost like I fell into the drain. That orientation really sucks you in for some reason, and the lack of surrounding area being in focus doesn't bother me either from that angle.

It's actually really freaking awesome with the hole in the bottom right. I even notice the green and magenta that I didn't notice before. I'd totally hang that in my kitchen, right above the sink...
