The white background in this case overpowers the subjects. The white becomes the subject and the flowers are an afterthought. Some frontal fill light would help immensely.

I really like what detail there is. This has a very cool vibe so to speak. I'm not convinced I like how much dead area is around the photo. It somehow seems off balanced.

My monitor is calibrated, and I can see some patch work in your background (upper right) and possibly on the face.

This is terribly grainy in all the wrong ways. It detracts from her beautiful eyes. It looks like you forced the background whites to blow out and in turn lost control of your image.

Binkies in the Snow

I'm not voting, so this is just an observation...

Put aside the challenge for a moment, and you're left wondering why there's binkies in the snow. Bring the challenge back and one's got to wonder why bright green and pink are trying to pass themselves as "light" in the "Light on white" challenge.

Put all of that aside and one has to admit you did control your light pretty well. Florescent colors tend to go "hot" really easily when even the slightest bit over exposed.
