Rose is lost between all that wood. Second wood on top is totally a breaker. If you only had the bottom one, and had rose on top somehow and close up a bit to show rose more... I think it would be better.

Lets start with the challenge itself. "Stock photos Medicine", matches to this challenge, however if I needed a stock photo about medicine, I probably would not buy this one. I don't think idea is wrong, but it is pretty much cheesy shot.

Technically it's ok. Probably too much vignette and some hue problems.

Personal note: I would have a long sleeve shirt, probably white, like the doctors, and just get rid of the pills in the cup. Vignette is not necessary here, and I would also keep the distance between the top hand and the cup a little closer. I checked your portfolio, you just started, young person who has lots of time, so don't get discouraged by guys like me. I am sure you will do better very soon :o)
