Carpenter Chrisby naomikComment: Good choice of duotone with this. I think is one of the few true environmental portraits I've come across in this challenge to this point. |

Still fishing...by serdalguzelComment: The contrast is a little soft on the subject, but I like his "pondering" expression. Well composed. |

Lee - A Photographerby GatorguyComment: I like the composition and result of this image. The choice of black clothing for the assistant was a good compliment to the blown-out left side of the image. |

His Sacrificeby ArcanistComment: Not sure what to make of this. Your use of noise doesn't benefit the composition and leaves it very flat. |

Speedy Taipeiby unicumComment: Well done. Panning is good and the sharpness is decent. I'm not sure I would consider this an eviron. portrait as the subject does not seem aware or engaged in the shot, which is my definition of a portrait. |

"Pipe Men"by mariomundoComment: This is a good shot, but I think the processing is overdone. It appears to me that all the definition of the shot has been smoothed out. What would be dirt on their faces now appears to be complexion. The piece of equipment looks waxy or polished - unreal. The vignetting doesn't help the image either. |
