To me, it seems a tad underexposed. I take it this was probably a cloudy day.. I think this would look better if you would've taken it from a different angle, maybe to the right of the photographer so that you would capture the photographer and what he/she is photographing, if that makes sense, that way hopefully cropping out some of the distracting people in this image such as the person in the background wearing red.

This isn't an Absolut bottle or shape, which makes it a DNMC. Aside from that, I wish the focus was a bit better, even though the point you're trying to get across is that of a "blur".

Well, I'm sure you've gotten this comment already but why is the image so small? A bigger one would've allowed us to see a lot more detail. Aside from that, I wish the overall hue of the image wasn't so orange-y.
