Looks like a infrared capture with some really good pp. The clouds really stand out and I like the two toned sky. Gives a surreal effect. The birds at the bottom give this picture a classic vintage feel. Wonderful job. 10

SUPER composition ! ! ! Love the lighting, especially on the building in the lower right which kind of has a surreal effect. I even like the curves of the electrical lines. Wish you had been able to get a bit lower to capture more of the street level but that would have probably meant shooing from inside a sewer hole. Image quality is a bit compromised by the noise in the sky (probably created in PP software?). Great job!

Excellent night capture, great exposure. I don't see a spec of noise. Must be a 20D. I don't like the pillar you caught in the lower left and the building in the background at right edge. Are those the blur of a passing cars lights?
