I am not familiar with PS Elements but in PS it is possible to use all the adjustment functions (incl. levels) in 16 bit and about half of the available filters. |

Ringby stare_at_the_sunComment: Congrats on your ribbon, I knew this one would place well. About the background I already wrote in my previous comment and I see it has been reinforced by many others here. Somehow it just seems as a waste of such beautiful scenery and alone it would have been a top shot by itself. |
