At first I had to look long at this photo to determine what everything is, but now I got it. That's a branch with Waldo hiding behind it with a deer mask on right or at least holding a deer mask? Good idea, and you met the challenge. The part which strikes me about this photo is that the snow and the falling snow flakes actually make me feel cold!!! Good job!

This is the one I wanted to do but none of the shops around here had any manequins!! I am also surprised that you are the only person who did this. And you did it well too, you met the challlenge for sure. I see some artifacts here, coming from saving for the web at a too low a setting. Oh yes and I spotted Waldo in your photo :-)
