First impressions: I smiled :-) Setup well, focus and DOF good and very colorful, in fact this image would also fit this week's "color" challenge perfectly!

The exposure is bang on and the lighting not too harsh. Although this doesn't represent a perfect symmetry you have met the challenge.

The paper at the bottom of the image seems to have come apart a little and light is shining through, which is a little disturbing as it keeps pulling my eye downwards. Also it seems that the fruit has lost some of its freshness, maybe because you had it there for too long before you got a photo you were satisfied with.

All in all a clever idea which you can be proud of.

My first impression was: simple, good deep DOF, no "wow" factor.

The composition is good, the symmetry effect is there for sure. Using a building to display symmetry was a good idea. However, the symmetry in this image is not fully balanced. You could have overcome this in two ways, either moving your shooting position more to the left, or by rotating the canvas a little clockwise in the post processing phase.

The lighting is a little on the dark side, this could have been taken care of by adjusting the levels in post processing or by adjusting the exposure setting one stop on your camera before taking the shot.

The clouds and sky look awesome and give your image a lot of charachter. The longer I look at this photo the more I like it. Good job.
