Welcome to Portlandby justineComment: I met a girl from Portland a long time ago, we had a good time so just for that you get an extra point :-) Good composition here, taken from a bridge I guess? And of course it just reeks "postcard"! |

Hoornby AzrifelComment: Good example of a postcard, maybe using a polarizer filter, or tweaking the curves or saturation in the post processing might have brought those colors out a lot more. Other than that, good idea. |

breakthroughby helgihelgiComment: I like this image a lot you have composed it very well. The yellows contrast very well against the bland background. This would make an excellent postcard. From your title, and the lack of a description on your postcard I am not sure what or where it really is. Is this promoting the area you live in? If so I need more information - 7. |

Great Buddahby AntithesisComment: Typical postcard shot, well done. The composition/cropping are ideal and the framing and text fit well to the image. Not too sure about the magenta tint in the clouds tho. |

Montreal, Canadaby nathaliedooComment: Beautiful night shot, amazing colors! Now this is really what I'd expect to find on a postcard and you've done this well. You've almost got me packing my bags and booking a flight to Montreal :-) |

Edinburgh Castle - Scotlandby agwrightComment: Nice postcard shot, good composition and framing too. For some reason I get the feeling the whole image is leaning to the left, don't you? |

The Three Sistersby p_johnsComment: Ahhh Australia! Now this is a good composition. Mind you I wouldn't have gotten as close to the edge as you did there! It would have been good to see those greens brought out a bit more, but I guess that is difficult without the sun shining. And you can't do anything to change the weather right? It is a typical postcard shot, yep! |

Thanksgiving Point Fallsby YomiComment: This is an excellent image, the effect of the prolonged shutter speed is bang on. Very idyllic and inviting. The kind of photo I would expect to find on a postcard promoting the area you live in. However, I personally find the texting you have chosen doesn't fit to this image. |

Weird New Jersey... The Caves of Insanity...by WILDBLUEComment: The play of light and shadows is very interesting here. The black and white effect is also good highlighting those greens more. Personally I would have tried to find a position where you either wouldn't have the trees on each side, or used them as some kind of natural framing for your image. |

welcome to georgiaby giseleComment: Good idea, I've seen far too many landscapes and cityscapes and not many of much else. The color combination is good, yellows and reds. It works well. |
