beautiful motion blur of the water, with great colors, wonderful lines too from the water falling. unfortunately the bridge, road and lights are not working at all with the main subject, imo the photo would be better if you'd cropped right along the top of the dam and pushed this just a bit more to the abstract.

nice lighting, with good facial detail having caught him between 3/4 and profile you still have nice highlights both his eyes and nearest cheek. great moment with his expression too. the bright area just past him on the L is competing with him though and I think the photo would be better if that were darkened just slightly

colorful birds, nice timing to capture them interacting, nicely blurred background, and great focus on the eyes. ideally the rest of them would be sharper (stick, wing feathers, etc)

wonderful colors but really too many ideas here, too many bright areas (the bright green on the L) that is heading off the picture, the large purple are that is a bit out of focus and also not really finished in the picture. imo I feel you need to find a way to isolate your main idea and use the surrounding ideas to bring attention to it rather than distract
