Technically nicely done, exposure for these types of shots are a challenge and you've done a nice job in cpaturing the scene without any blown highlights. From a composition standpoint it appears from the title that the walking people are the key subject yet my eye really doesn't stay with them too long. The bright sun and silloutetted tree grab most of the attention. Personally I would try to simplify the shot or find some way to contain the viewers eyes a bit. Otherwise, again, nice shot. You've got some great shots in your portfolio btw.
