YOu could use more focus on the person than the buildings. It's prolly because your focus locked in on the buildings before you got into the photo. Try focusing on an object where you are going to be. Like leave a hat where you are going to be sitting, focus on it and then after you press the shutter, you can replace it with you. Your colors and contrast are perfect. Should straighten the horizon as well.

I can't really see where your light source is coming from. Giving you the benefit of the doubt, its a nice photo, but lacks some wow factor. Nice DOF.

Just a tad bit too dark or not contrasted enough. You lose some detail between the cigarette, her hand, and the hair. At first I thought her hair was smoking, too me a minute to realize that it was the cigarrette.
