Personnally I'm not a fan of this BW/Color pictures, but that's my taste. Not so sure about his beak though, that looks like it is missing color where I would expect it.

In my eyes too much light from the right. It's a bit distracting, as the sun is from the left, the shadows on her legs and that of the nose and her hands don't match at all.
