This is a very cool shot. I like the perspective and it's a good idea. I think you are ripe for a painting with light challenge. Possibly would be enhanced by a little negative space at the top.

4.2!! Jeez!! What a rip. Granted is was not a ribbon winner from the start but your idea was good and the pic was in focus and had nice color. Therefore a score of 4.2 is just silly IMO.

I'm setting aside my repulsion of this sort of use of the female form for an honest judgement of the merits of the photo. Excellent colors and cool lighting. The orange light/fire behind looks great. Excellent composition (except that a skirt is in order). Bumping to an 8.

This is a nice shot. I like the gray sky & water. The driftwood is cool too. Great lighting and focus. The fire contrasts the gray and green very nicely. Got a little bit of funky green skin on the hand but very cool shot. Back to bump you up to 8.

This is a very attractive simple shot. I thought I did not like candle shots until I saw this. Great use of B&W and a lovely contrast. Nice crop and negative space. Possibly could be centered but I'm not complaining...back to bump you to an 8.

Gorgeous! I think this one is my favorite (don't tell my husband
since he entered Fire II). I love the gray tones and the contrasting bright fire. I can feel the warmth in all that chill. Bumping you up to 9. Good luck.
