A very lovely subject. I'm guessing you zoomed in since the detail and sharpness is a tiny bit missing. To improve this shot I would suggest you saturate this pic and get rid of the browns. With the more b/w touch it would have been more striking with the contrast bewteen b/w and the border would have been black (yes the colour of border doesn't do much for me even though I appreciate the the fact that you were trying to frame the pic rightfully so)

I don't know why but the title keeps making me laugh..sounds like such a tongue twister.
I would have liked the light to be a little better but I understand the fact that you've been 'caught' while cutting so the light can't be all studio like.
Also you should make the crop tighter to get a more effective shot.
