I find this to be outstanding. Subtle, fleeting moments of restrained thoughts and chaos throughoutthe frame. The imperfect movement of the clouds gives a sense of time but more importantly consequences of disjointed and rushed thought. The reflection of government with the static statue as the anchor. ;)
