Brother Heronby carlosmComment: This realy needed a faster shutter speed. A little motion in the wings is fine by me, but the whole bird is just a blur here. You might have gotten away with panning if the bird's motion had been perpendicualr to the lens, but for a static shot this just won't work. |

Cowby peterdehaanComment: Getting down just a little bit lower to exclude the branch at URC would have strengthened the picture. Great color on the cow. A little fill flash or reflector to cut the shadows (or, in post-processing, some + gamma) would help to reveal shadow detail lost shooting into the light. |

Rhinoby alanfreedComment: Nice detail, and a good composition (if a little tight at L). A narrower DOF would keep the background from intruding as it does here, but that isn't always possible. Nice work. |

Dutch sheeps!by pollonosComment: Not wild about the square format for this. Rather see it trimmed on the sides and just a little off the top. Otherwise, the colors are great, and I like the sheep standing on the horizon line. Very fine. |

Gooseling Runby littlepitelComment: There's a strange vignetting effect, particularly visible at the top of the image. Did you use some kind of teleconverter? I think cropping the top down by 20% or so would strengthen the composition, anyway. Nice group shot. |
