I love silhouettes... but I'll try not to be biassed here.

I like what you've captured here, but I feel like it's a little busy. The trouble with shooting trees such as this is that they become overpoweringly complex if you shoot too close. Maybe you could include this as a small silhouette in a larger composition as a minimalist style of image. Or even (if you have the patience) wait for a bird or two to fly past add to the composition.

You may also want to think of other things you can do with this shot, like turn it into a greeting card or something to make it stand out a little more.

I love the colours in this and even though the sun is blown (try to avoid including the sun if you can) it still feels like a strong image.

I think that the bottom half of the image being filled with brush doesn't really add a lot to the image, I wonder what it would look like in more of a panoramic crop, losing most of the bottom half.

Firstly, I really love the composition and the moment here. The guys expressions are just fantastic. The splash on the right is fantastic as well.

I'm not sure what your original is like but I'd like to see a few less blown highlights here. Perhaps using a layer mask on your curves layer or a little burning. Especially in the foam and the left end of the front kayak-er's (is that a word?) oar. Perhaps a tad more contrast as well.

You've certainly captured a great moment here.
