I really love the lower 2/3rds; the lighting, the colours of the grass and walkway and the reflections. However the crop for the concrete bridge is very awkward. I think you need to either show us enough to see clearly what it is, which could make a very interesting contrast with the organic nature of the lower part, or crop more to remove it altogether.
