a very nice image. i think the sky could be a little more dramamtic, and there seems to be a slight halo around the church (purposeful???). the b/w conversion is nice, but a tiny bit flat. i usually use two layers of hue/sat, or one layer hue sat, one of selective colours. then, on the first layer of hue/sat i crank all the lightness of each colour douwn to 0. that seems to add a good deal of depth. if masking is allowed (advanced or my own work) then the second layer is for adjusting any things i dont want that dark, using a layer mask. selective colour can help with playing with the tones as well.
