Needs a little more dof, which can be difficult due to lighting requirements. A difficult subject to do well without lots of technology

First off I would lose the window frame - that doesn't add anything to the image at all. Then I would look for a suitable foreground object, maybe down by the beach.

I would have tried to get in the top of that cloud too, to allow the eye to know where the end was, as it is the cloud invites the eye to wander out of the frame at the top.
