Nature - The Ultimate Recycling Machine by HeiSchComment: Great idea, and I would imagine it's scoring pretty well. I would have changed a couple of things. I would prefer the center of the leaf to be closer to the thirds line, the recycle symbol seems a bit overpowering (a bit smaller perhaps), and it tilts to the right a ways. You get a 7 from me. With those changes, it could have been best in show. |

Ready for reuseby IreneMComment: Simple and elegant. Looks good. The grayish brown of the background isn't very inviting to me, but it looks great technically. The whole thing feels like it is tilted to the right just a bit. |

Watts Up??by MollyComment: Nothin' like a cheesy title! The 2 ?? really make it pop. I like the idea and the green, but I wish it was sharper. |

Buy Local - Farmers' Marketby kellyoComment: It's a nice image, but the only thing that ties it to the challenge is the title. You could take the same shot at a national chain grocery store. Still, the sentiment is noble and I like the shot, so a 6 you get. |

Green Energy by LimescopeComment: Nice use of the rule of thirds. The more I look at this, the more I like it. It's simple, but all of the elements just work so well together. The little bit of green land, the stripes on the windmill, even the perfectly puffy clouds. |

Recycle and Grow Your Ownby tembaComment: Great concept and well executed shot. Nice sharp focus on the plant. I think the main thing that would make this more DPC friendly and crank the score up would be to clean up the background. The same exact plant/jar subject against a pure white background would probably get you .5 to a full point higher. |

Sustainable Recyclingby raishComment: I like the concept and the shot itself, but man that border is horrible and very distracting. |

For The Love Of Creamby TechoComment: This is fantastic. One of my favs of the challenge so far. The composition/exposure/sharpness are all perfect. Plus, she's such a pretty kitty doing what kitties do! Well, I guess it was inevitable. 10 and a fav! |
