Bird Of Preyby FocusPointComment: This would've been even better if the wings weren't obstructed by the upper tree branch. On my dark monitor everything looks dark, many times prints look excellent.
I've seen sculptures of similar poses in full color viewed from the front. |

It was Big, Yellow and Scary by JeniYComment: Congratulations, This was one of the tops that caught my eye. I knew it was a winner. It would be interesting to see a hand reaching outof an opened door, with this fisheye. And maybe the back of a scared child (books in hand, no backpack). |

Still beat my eggs with the old wire whisk by IreneMComment: To clarify, for small amounts i whisk is used, in probably every major restaurant today. But for a large amount, like cakes a mixer is used commercially. I wouldn't know about households/home use.
Yes, if you used a whisk long ago, and not much since you went electric, that was your old way. And in general, everything electric is equated with modern.

Before laserjets and inkjetsby MelethiaComment: It is very nice, good score. Maybe a stack of books or paper and only a partial crop of the person, might have added.
After reading comments, I guess you have to say "Now hold still". Message edited by author 2008-02-06 12:25:20. |

...we told timeby FocusPointComment: Great shot with implied dynamic movement of time.
The background doesn't look old.
The metal reminds me of some German Anniversary Clocks, but would wood be better? |

Walkiesby MelethiaComment: Hi, I'm your neighbor, #133. Just stopped by to say hi.
A sharp, closer view, maybe angled a little more, may have been better. You could ask the bird to stop and pose, but they never listen. |
