You've got some neat Eagle shots Jess. I like seeing the Eagle against the white background of the ice. On this one I would try dodging the branch a bit and if that doesn't do it then I would try cloning it out like Jedusi said.

Real nice composition. The neck and head are very graceful looking. The DOF is very nice too. I've never gotten any shots of these birds in the wild, just zoo's or rehab centers.

This is a nice idea. I'm not sure how it could be done better to make the babies the focus of the image. As it is, the mesh cloth and the arm/hand are the focal points.
