I find too hard understanding the shot mainly for the illumination you used.
Indeed, I find really difficult seeing some detail because the overall shot is really dark with very hard contrasts were the light hit the scene.

IMO the overall shot is quite too soft, and the light setting could be improved avoiding to burn the highlights
