escaped from the screenby pikytoComment: Great idea! Surprising that this is the only submission of this kind. Like how you look at the screen. Waldos shadow is simply great as well as himselves.
the light on your face and on the monitor disturbes a little though, but probably otherwise the shadow wouldn't work well. You should have cropped it more at the right side too.
Still one of the few good submissions this time. |

Can you spot her?by marboComment: Great and unique idea in this contest: you seems to be the only one having a Waldo-puzzle. The reflection disturbe a little, but the colors are nice. good luck with this well fitting submission. |

Untitled Iby bil99Comment: I like it, One of the few submissions with something to search and find (although it's pretty easy). Like the color, light and reflection. You might have covered the dollar-bill even more. Good luck! |

Waldo is sick and tired of being found...by jgillardComment: LOL! Addresses the challenge-topic and it's quality well. Of course it's more a snap-shot, so technically not too much to write about it. I will still give it good marks because it captures well my thoughts about this "Waldo"-challenge to which I didn't submit. |

Waiting for Romanceby Harz_JoergComment: Hi everybody,
Thanx for the many comments, I enjoyed them much!
Here's a little video made by me showing why I could not make it better:
//adams_nentwich.bei.t-online.de/kaja.avi. It's a compilation of the successful pictures I took of our 9-month-old dog Kaja. She never wanted to sit still as you can see.
Therefore and do to my bad light equipment, I had to select a high ISO-value and a too fast shutter-speed to get at least something.
NeatImage and some sharpening were needed to make the image look a little better.
Still, we had a tremendous amount of fun while making the pictures and reading all the comments during voting was fun too.

Where square people live.by Harz_JoergComment: Thanx john for the Critique: I agree with all you wrote.
Acctually, I had no choice about the light: in the whole week of the challenge we had fog and only on sauturday there was sun forecasted.
But on that day I had to work and only got a 15 minutes break on which I rushed to the building which was then just out of it's own shadow.
My intention was to make a strange looking submission to the challenge. The comments showed me that it worked.
Therefore I have choosen the sepia toning to make the picture look even more strange.
Thanx again John for your critique.

Tommy & Tonyby manuComment: Very clear and simple composition, which is good: its a "one-loock-fully-captured"-image. I like the light, the colors and also the frame. |

Up a Treeby kevinswopeComment: Great composition with nice colors (especially the blue). The cropping at the top is a little tight because the ellbow is cut away. Like the light too. good luck to you. |

Churchillby MorganComment: Don't know if the name Churchill did fit when the dog was a puppy, but now it shurely does! His pose is excellent. I like the color of the image and that you used the wood-stove as background. You might have acctually moved yourself more to the left (or the doog to the right). In this way only the stove would make the background. good luck to you. |

three movie starby ivanaComment: Yo captured a great moment, especially because of the left cat with it's turned head. I also like the color of the background. You might have moved more to the right so the undifined right background would not be visible but some more of the plant on the left side.
Still a grest submission. Good luck to you. |
