Very nice, beautiful light on the flower, and beautiful out of focus circles in the background (light sky spots through leaves?) I wonder if a not centred composition (flower a bit more to one side) would work better. (7)

Very nice idea, I like it. I think the light is a bit harsh, I'm not sure, but I think the same picture with softer light would work better. I also think that for the image to be picture perfect it might be good to clone out the words inside the shoe, and maybe use something other than a towel like material for background. I do like the pink flowers on greyish shoes though.
