Bison Tongues at Roundupby hahn23Comment: Wow, they have big tongues! I like the sense of motion in the image, it's not that strong, but it's there. I wonder if a less square cut would intensify it. ~6 |

Hot ... Sticky ... Sweetby pamelasueComment: ... and tasty! If I were you (and I've never tried food photography, so I don't really know what I'm talking about, which isn't going to stop me, he, he, he), I'd put the bun on a beautiful plate, maybe a fork (very clean) on the edge, or a napkin, something to give it more story, and I'd clean out the little hanger drops (just juicy fat drops). The top part of the bun looks particularily good in this image. I think it might be good to no centre it so much. ~6 |

My Boy Lollipopby gsalComment: The image looks amazingly flat, I mean, not flat in the sense of no dynamic range, but flat in the sense of no depth. I think the grain is what makes it look that way, sort of like the same as images in a newspaper often look very flat. Those eyes are beautiful! ~6 |

Melting Marshmallowsby dtouch1Comment: Good idea for "sticky", it does look sticky. It would be nice if the image were larger (you can go up to 640 pixels on the longest side, or 640 px square). I like the colour of the marshmallows. However, as it is, it is not a winning shot. It looks a bit blurry, and it doesn't have all that much of interest in it overall. I like how you got the pan so nice and black. ~4 |

Guess who had to clean the mixer...by mch_nzComment: Beautiful, almost abstract, and yet, so easy to relate to. Love the colour combination. The picture makes me want to rub my finger over the screen and then see how it tastes. ~9 |

Ewwwwwwww....is that where I left it?by JudiComment: Very good idea for the challenge. Well made. If I could mention one nitpick, it looks a bit "staged", sort of like he's trying to give the impression of "Ewwww!", but doesn't have his heart into it entirely (like he's gong to break out laughing in a moment or two). Love the totally white background. ~7 |

Stuck in the Sap (an ant & a fly)by SammieComment: It took me a moment to find both of them :) I like how the sap hanging from the tree looks almost like icicles. I also like the texture/pattern it creates, especially where it criss-crosses at a diagonal with the cut marks. It certainly makes you think of "sticky". ~7 |

Sticky Faceby karenkComment: That expression is adorable, you caught it just right! The only thing I can think of that maybe (or maybe not) would make the image a bit stronger is to get in a bit closer (or trim off a bit from the right side and from the top). I've been trying to do that here on the screen, using two pieces of paper, and it looks good either way. ~8 |

Cirque de Stickee Notes by aimeethetooComment: This is so good! Fantastic. I'm not sure it gives the idea of "sticky" totally, I mean, when I first look at it, I think, beauty and inventiveness and carnival, and cirque (of course), but not sticky immediately. Nevertheless, it's a great entry. ~9 |
