Day 3by WriteHeartComment: Gaillardia for sure. The detail/colour on the petals is very good, and I like the green background. If it were me, I'd consider cropping just a little off the right hand side (to get rid of the little green thing at bottom right) and a bit more off the top (again, to get rid of the green intrusion). I'd also add a bit more space on the left, to avoid cutting off that one petal - if you're going to cut off portions, make it intentional, so that it doens't look like an accident. The flower inside looks a bit soft, maybe using a DOF just a bit bigger would help overall? Message edited by author 2007-07-03 13:44:14. |

Budby ElaineComment: Beautiful detail. I sort of wish you would have moved the leaf at the left out of the way (it's OK to move things around when you make flower pictures). Brad is right, the picture might might benefit from a deeper yellow. |

Twilightby lynnmarieComment: I love repetitions. This one's beautiful, and not just a repetition, but also a screen. I like how the daisy that's clear has quite a bit of context, whereas the oof repetition is simple and to the point. The yellow screen created by the clover gives it a beautiful frame. Good work. |
