Drugs: Poor Choice (a documentary)by ElaineComment: The layout of drugs doesn't have any sort of emotional effect, nor does it seem to symbolize anything, nor is it particularly esthetically pleasing, although it is a balanced composition. |

The Ensembleby Shan2112Comment: Great composition. Interesting arrangement of foreground aligns well with the strong vertical lines of the fence. This was underscored, probably due to a prejudice against natural lighting and soft focus (the "70s" look! :) ). |

long way up, full of trapsby gazdiComment: This is a beautiful shot, great composition. I think it didn't score better because people at DPC tend to like subjects that pop out. This subject blends beautifully into its surroundings, creating a flat, abstract effect that is vital and artistic and beautiful and that DPCers just never seem to get. |
