What's that about? The challenge was to recreate a scene in a movie and he did that, and pretty well, I might add. More thought? I gave this a 7. |

the pros and cons of bubble blowingby tateComment: This is the kind of shot I don't normally like, staged with a single subject, but there are some subtle touches that really make this work: the narrow DOF on the face with creepy facial hair, the touch of gum to the nose, the womb-like shape of the bubble. 7 bump to 8 |

You Catch More Flies With Honey.....by jmrspriteComment: Flies are so ugly, but there is a hint of beauty here. It just needs something to get it over the hump. Perhaps if the flies were in better focus without necessarily being more detailed. 6 |
