Would You Care To Reconsider?by GeneralEComment: I was going to say this is an impossible position, but it's not. black could have had a piece on c8, which was captured by the pawn on d7. If the pawn promotes to Queen or Rook, it's checkmate. If black has no other piece, and the pawn promotes to Bishop or Knight, the king can't move, and it's a Stalemate, a draw. |
