This is wonderfully ambiguous. Friend or pickpocket? And then there is the classic dominant/submissive positioning. I was one of the dolts who only gave you a 7 because this challenge made my head spin.

ah, my kinda shot, a pastiche of shapes, collage-like (am I being redundant?), the cropped-off car just fits right into this collage, and so does the fenceline. It is complex and has no focal point... but an overall rhythm or what some might describe as a texture. And that's all you need for a work to cohere.

ok, this is a fashion photograph. let's get that out of the way. but fashion photos can be interesting, too, and this one is. For one thing the graininess makes this more intimate, naughtier. Her expression is intelligent, self-possessed, not quite disdainful but at the very least ironic. In other words, not the pornographic expression you see on the ribbon winning models.
