I also really like the negative space. It makes it feel like it's out in a field somewhere. Very nice job with this one, probably however some voters would've complained about the negative space, and you did good in choosing the other shot, very nicely done.

This is an awesome shot, really like the tones you have here, great idea as well, maybe a bit of a stretch for some, but it seems as though it did quite well in spite of that. I love the path that leads through the photo as well, great job with this one.

This is a really unique shot, and i like it a lot. I think it should have scored better than it did. The only thing i can think of that would add anything would be to have a faster shutter speed, this would give the fire a bit more detail, maybe causing the voters to vote you higher.

A castle once...

I actually like the high contrast in the shot, however it blew out the sky, maybe trying underexposing and then brightening the stones later in post processing. I think the reason it didn't do all that well in voting is that some people are opposed to high contrast shots such as this, I personally like them every once in a while and think it works well here.

Very creative idea, and i like having the focus on the lego man, the lighting is a bit too harsh here though, maybe trying to light from the side. Adding some softer lighting would help a lot here, also adding a solid background of white or black would add a lot to the shot, very creative though.
