Well, my language is Serbian, and the litteral translation would be "The Flag Scale", the 'Flag' (Zastava) being the name of the automobile factory (the full name during the communist period was Red Flag) and Scale is supposed to be a cool name for a car model. Yugo's full name is Zastava Koral, where 'Koral' (coral) is also supposed to be an ultra fancy name but it didn't really help though...

Hmh, after the initial "why is it blurred" impression I realized that if for nothing else, I like the fact that intentional blur makes me analize photos better, and I can recognize that he's carrying an umbrella, which then associates me with million other things, so I guess this photo serves it's purpose.
