A really great candid shot, but I'm not sure how well it fits the challenge. Even when I sit and think about it, I don't say, "the bokeh really enhances this picture..."
Having said that, I love this photo and given that the dark portion of the background makes the face stand out more, I can give it a decent score.

hahah, I literally laughed out loud when I saw the baby's expression... then I laughed again when I realized that the hills mimic the hat... and again when I made the connection between the face and the house...

I like the idea, but I feel like the gravel/pavement takes away from the drama of juxtaposing this girl dressed in black with such bright colors.

Mailboxes at Night

I feel like this is a great concept that could have been done much better. Maybe if it was in a location where every mailbox looked the same, and you had a more dramatic viewpoint, such that the mailboxes could extend (seemingly) to infinity. Also, the boxes on the far right mold together to a shape that could really be anything, and it kind of makes the concept of mailboxes fall apart.
