This is not a shot that could ever score high on dpchallenge. It's soft and whatever combines falling drops and blurriness will never get an high score here :)
Also, the highlights are blown out, another bane in dpchallenge :)

Conversely, this is the kind of shot that could be easily accepted by a newspaper or a travel magazine, and wouldn't be out of place in a thematic exhibition.
It might be just me, but I feel like it conveys a meaning.
The blur in the drops makes me think of the falling of raindrops on some pottery left outdoors.
I also like the quality of the light. Sure, the flash reflections on the water surface spoils the effect a bit.

To cut it short, I love it, excellent work!

A nice choice of subject and background. The face of the man more in focus and the background more blurred would have improved the shot. I like the fact that the razor handle match the color of the barber's shirt. Nice one, keep on posting!

The composition is nice. DOF is all right. The image fits the challenge. But it definetely needs more contrast (curve or levels in photoshop or any other program might help a lot).

It does not fit the challenge perfectly in my opinion. Otherwise a very nice photo. Maybe a having the bottom of the shot in sharp focus too would have been better. there are very strong lines leading to the dog there, but they got a little bit lost because of the shallow depth of focus. Very nice one anyway!

Good job! The only thing is the lack of detail in the highlights, particularly on the fingers holding the butterfly. But a very nice capture indeed, and it fits the challenge very well.

Nice one, maybe having more of the glove and less of the tree would have helped, but exposition for the subject and DOF are really good.
