Nicely done for being a handheld, five photo stitch! Lovely scene though I agree with Melethia
about the have and lack of contrast in the shot. Her methods work great and you can also try a adding a bit with a high radius USM such as 40 radius at 15-20% with a 0-1 threshold.

Cool shot, I love the muted color tone on the two cars. I love old car shots and I also like the perspective you shot this with. I can see where you played with the sky a bit with PS as there are spots that don't blend as nicely as the others. I might just crop all the way down to just over the roof of the cars and eliminate the sky all together. I feel this would draw even more focus towards the cars, just a thought.

I feel the highlights are a bit blown out...jk. cool effect and I like how the various portions on the dog seem to hover in space, like a highkey puzzle.
