Great composition and your editing really works well with the subject. The only thing I find slightly distracting is the white (light?) on the left by the guys neck, for me its just a little too bright and draws attention away from the subject. Again, cool editing though :o)

Definitely agree with your commenters suggestion, a little less water makes this image that much better. I like the colours in the sky and water. I am a little distracted by the 'stadium' on the left handside of the frame, just by cropping half of it out I find the silhouette is more pleasing to the eye (just my humble opinion) :o)

Love the look of concentration on her face :o) Your editing is really good here, suits the subject and 'mood' in the shot nicely :o) Great composition, possibly like to have seen slightly more of the table to the right but other than that great shot! :o)

He looks like a cool guy :o) I think this image would be improved if you used a shallower depth of field, there are too many distracting elements in the background at the moment IMHO. The image seems very slightly out of focus to me. I think the focus should really be on his eyes to get more of a feel for what he is thinking :o)

Beautiful light and colours in this image. IMHO the metal in the foreground would be better used to lead the viewer into the image, as it is at the moment my eye wanders to the metal but not really further into the image. I also find the little pieces sticking into the frame on the lower right handside a bit distracting. Looks like a great area to visit though! :o)

Well, certainly fits the challenge in my eyes! Great use of DOF here and I am impressed at how well you have controlled your exposure in this shot as there are a lot of different shades of whites (if that makes sense!).

Great position in the frame and your use of DOF is really good. I bet it wasn't easy to expose for this shot with whites on the guys uniform! I think I would have to agree with Rina that because of all the colour in the background even with your shallow DOF it is still a little distracting. Never the less, I think this is a nice image....and at least you let the guy have both his hands this time ;o)
