This shot is really nice action shot, I would take a bit of the sky and the right hand side (in front of the horse) and crop it and try to saturate or selective color your photo to bring out the beautiful colors of the horse.

Nice shape to the water, I like the added character that the leaves give to the overall photo. Nice shot. Fence in corner however looks a bit OOF IMO

Nice colors, wish this was a bit more intense for color in the water with the reflections then you would see a better silohuette on the boat also.
